Why Vietnamese Coffee you ask? Well, coffee is grown in various locations around the world, but most notably in certain areas like South America and Africa.
Common beans come from Columbia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Ethiopia and Kenya, but there are many places in Asia where coffee is also grown, Vietnam being one of them.
Every location will produce unique flavours, which are dependent on the environmental factors unique to that area. These include, but are not limited to, soil composition, air quality, humidity & altitude etc.
Even if the same type of coffee bean (there are several) is grown in two different areas, they will taste completely different.
